Information We Collect
Territly may collect contact details, company information, requested markets, business categories, file preferences, and notes submitted through the request form.
How We Use Information
Information is used to review requests, communicate about orders, prepare lead pulls, arrange agreed payments, deliver completed files, and provide support.
Customer portal testing
The separate Territly test portal uses Supabase for account authentication and test account records, including balances, activity, jobs, and deliveries. Test balances are not real funds. The portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in; sign out on shared devices. A request-form email address alone does not grant access to a customer account. Production account funding is not enabled.
Business Lead Files
Lead files are built from available business information and customer-supplied criteria. Territly does not sell customer-submitted private form details to unrelated third parties.
