Business lists and optional research
The business list has its own agreed price. Optional research is charged per business where qualifying new information is delivered, using the requirements, rate, and spending cap agreed before work starts.
What qualifies for a research charge?
Your quote defines the required result, such as a sourced decision-maker name and role or an agreed company profile. Each qualifying business is charged once at the agreed rate. Unknowns, unsupported findings, duplicates, and details already included in the list do not qualify. A business with no qualifying new findings has no research charge. A sourced operating-scale assessment, when requested, is an assessment rather than a confirmed revenue or advertising budget.
Scope and list pricing
Your quote defines the center point, radius or territory, business types, search limits, list fee, delivery estimate, and any research requirements, rate, and spending cap. Market density and request size affect the quote. The list fee covers the scoped search and preparation; few or no matching results do not automatically waive that fee. No minimum result count is promised unless explicitly agreed in your quote. Processing retries do not increase your charge. Extra work requires your approval before exceeding the agreed scope or cap.
Prepaid account balances — coming soon
The planned $50, $100, and $250 funding options add that dollar amount to an account; they are not job packages, subscriptions, or guaranteed lead counts. Once enabled, prepaid accounts will reserve your approved maximum, deduct charges for delivered work, and release unused reservations back to the available account balance. Releasing a reservation is not a payment-card refund. Refund and correction arrangements will be stated before payment. Online funding and customer job submission are not enabled yet; current requests receive a quote and payment arrangements for approval.
Research delivery and charge summary
Qualifying research is charged per business at its approved rate, with a delivery summary showing which businesses qualified and how the charge was calculated. Multiple qualifying facts for one business do not create multiple per-business charges for that job. No qualifying new findings means no research charge for that business. The separate list fee still applies to the agreed delivered search work.
Recurring requests
You may request repeated work without an automatic subscription. We agree on the schedule, scope, and spending limits first. Recurring funding and automatic charges are not currently offered.
Custom Request Review
Each request is reviewed based on market, radius, business types, file format, and cleanup needs. Some requests may require clarification before payment or fulfillment.
No Sales Guarantee
Territly provides lead files and territory research support. Territly does not guarantee that any business listed will answer, respond, purchase, or qualify for a customer's offer.
File Accuracy
Business data can change. Territly uses available information and cleanup workflows, but no lead list can be guaranteed to be perfect or complete.
Customer Use
Customers are responsible for following applicable laws, platform rules, calling rules, email rules, and do-not-contact requirements when using any lead file.
